Read the film description
  1. Context

From information to an informed decision. Operational truth and human control.

  2. Start of the day

Press Brief: source-based priorities, risks and recommendations. The daily motto changes each day.

  3. Customer and enquiry

The internal CRM links the account, contact and owner with the enquiry and offer history. Guidance and follow-ups will be validated in testing.

  4. Work modes

AI supports analysis. Manual enables independent work. Hybrid combines both approaches. People remain in control.

  5. Decision checks

Enquiry, cost and Price Check, Quality Gate, approval and offer. A case can return for clarification or correction.

  6. Deployment direction

History and outcomes inform the next step. Initial deployments are planned for early 2027.

Recovery Before Creation

Before creating another version, calculation or decision, check the existing information and agreements. Use what is already known. Make what is not yet known visible.

01 / RATIQON EODP

A system that helps you
turn knowledge into action.

Enterprise Operational Decision Platform. An operational work centre connecting data, rules, calculations and decisions in one process. EODP is in its final development stage, with testing planned from mid-October 2026.

Final development stage

FROM ENQUIRY TO OUTCOME

See the situation.
Know the next step.

Enquiry, customer context, calculation, pricing, quality control, approval and quotation history. RATIQON EODP guides the user through the stages, showing what is ready, what needs clarification and where a decision is required.

Explore the process
01

Work Hub — a work centre

A queue of cases with customer context, status and the next step. A point of guidance through enquiries, offers and further work.

02

Calculation and Price Check

Costs, assumptions and prices have a traceable basis. A commercial override remains an explicit decision with a recorded reason.

03

Quality Gate and Supervisor

Checks before proceeding. The authorised person can approve, adjust or return a case for further preparation.

04

History and outcome

Versions, reasons and customer responses preserve context for further work and the review of earlier decisions.

WORKFLOW MAP / EODP

From customer to decision. From decision to outcome.

Customer context runs through the process. Quality checks and an authorised decision determine when a case can move forward.

The map shows the product workflow and the direction of guided user support. The scope of handling after an offer is sent is subject to testing.

CUSTOMER / CONTACT / NEXT STEP

Customer context.
A clear way forward.

EODP’s internal CRM connects companies, contacts and the history of linked quotations. Work starts with a specific customer and contact, and the following stages preserve that context.

01

Customer and account owner

Company details, relationship status, contacts and a responsible account owner. A starting point for a new enquiry or a return to previous cases.

02

An enquiry becomes a case

The selected customer and contact are linked to the enquiry. Documents, requirements and agreed details carry through to costing, pricing and offer preparation.

03

A quotation keeps its history

Linked quotations, versions and customer responses preserve the basis of earlier decisions. Updating current contact details does not rewrite quotation history.

04

Follow-up and further service

The guided workflow under development covers returning to a sent offer, reviewing the response, making the next contact, clarifying details or revising the offer — through to recording the case outcome.

The scope of guided follow-up and further customer service will be validated during EODP testing. Actions and commitments to the customer remain under the user’s control.

02 / CHOOSE HOW TO WORK

Three modes.
Shared responsibility.

The level of AI support can vary. Sources, rules, control and informed approval remain in every mode.

More preparation handled by AI.

AI helps organise input, analyse information and prepare proposals for the next actions. The user sees their basis and confirms decisions that require approval.

THE HUMAN ROLE
Reviewing proposals and giving required approvals
THE SYSTEM ROLE
Analysis and preparation within the approved scope

An overview of the work modes. The available scope of AI support will be confirmed during testing and deployment.

03 / THE DAILY RHYTHM OF RATIQON

Start with clarity.
Work with direction.

An executive morning briefing

Press Brief

What has changed? What matters to the company? Where is the opportunity, and where is the risk? Press Brief prioritises important signals, explains their business meaning and prepares the user for the first decisions of the day.

  • Opportunity and riskPriorities with context for the company.
  • FLASH / WATCH / DOSSIERUrgent signals, observation and deeper analysis.
  • Sources and confidenceThe basis of information and its limitations.

Runtime Wisdom — a thought that stays with the work

Daily motto

A new day.
A new perspective.

A new thought each day from a structured library. The motto appears from the Work Hub onwards and accompanies the user across subsequent screens. It stays consistent during the day and changes with the next day.

A separate part of the work experience. Press Brief prepares the day; the motto accompanies the work.

Guidance through the work

The system shows context, missing information and the appropriate next step. The user understands why something needs attention before taking action.

Learning from work

A decision does not end when the quotation is sent. Its outcome, corrections and customer response create a history for review. We are developing mechanisms to use this context for better support on future cases.

Insights require review. Work history is not automatic permission to change rules or access rights.

THREE INTERFACE MODES

The same system.
A different atmosphere.

Dynamic, Psychological and Work — different presentation styles with the same workflow logic.

04 / RATIQON FORGE

Understand the product.
Before you create it.

FORGE is intended to connect product understanding with further development. From scattered sources and an incomplete brief to a structure, visible unknowns and a package that supports a meaningful client discussion.

Separate program · under development

Product Understanding Engine

From documents
to product understanding.

RATIQON FORGE is a separate program under development: a Product Understanding Engine. It is intended to explain what a product is, how it is built, what the sources confirm and what is missing — before materials, pricing or further decisions are prepared.

Explore the process
01

Sources and structure

Briefs, emails, PDFs, photographs and drawings connected to parts, materials, requirements and assembly logic.

02

Facts, interpretations, assumptions

Confirmed information kept separate from interpretation. Gaps and conflicts made visible for resolution.

03

Feasibility and alternatives

The development direction includes manufacturing, risk, assembly, packaging and cost-driver analysis, alongside comparison of possible solutions.

04

A consistent client package

Planned outputs: visualisations, drawings, bills of materials, descriptions, product cards and PDFs based on approved information.

INFORMATION BASIS

What do we know, and what are we assuming?

Confirmed

Information directly supported by a source.

Interpreted

A conclusion drawn from the material and context.

Assumed

An explicit assumption requiring approval.

Unknown

Missing information that stays visible.

THE PLANNED OUTPUT PACKAGE

  • Visualisations
  • Drawings
  • Bill of materials (BOM)
  • Product cards
  • Assembly and packaging
  • PDF package

Materials are intended to follow approved data and project maturity. A visualisation does not validate a construction.

WORKFLOW MAP / FORGE

Understand first. Produce the materials next.

Each part of the product should have a basis in the sources. Gaps and conflicts return for clarification before the package is approved.

Agreed details · version · output scope

  5. 05

    Material package

Visuals · BOM · product cards · PDF

New material or feedback returns to analysis and renewed approval.

The intended workflow of the separate FORGE program, currently under development. Approved information is also intended to support EODP in the future.

SEPARATE PROGRAMS. A SHARED DIRECTION.

FORGE understands the product.
EODP guides decisions and work.

FORGE is being designed for standalone use and as a complement to EODP. The planned connection is intended to carry structured product knowledge into calculation, quotation and operational work. Integration will develop in stages.

05 / THE PROCESS

Each next step
builds on the previous one.

From an enquiry to a decision, or from documentation to a product package. Explore the logic of both programs.

Conceptual process overview

An enquiry starts with the right foundations.

Customer, sources, scope, requirements and timing. Before pricing starts, the enquiry needs a clear scope and visible gaps.

STARTING POINT
Customer enquiry and documentation
WHAT IS CHECKED
Scope, completeness and commercial context
STAGE OUTCOME
An organised basis for further work
01 / 04

THE RATIQON FOUNDATION

Recover what is already known.
Then create what comes next.

01

Sources before conclusions

Information becomes more useful when its origin is clear and the context for using it is understood.

02

Uncertainty is information

Missing data and conflicts should be visible. They show what needs to be clarified before a decision.

03

Approval matters

Important decisions require informed approval by a person with the right permissions.

04

History builds knowledge

Keeping sources, versions and reasoning makes it possible to revisit and understand earlier decisions.

06 / DEPLOYMENT PLAN

EODP approaching testing.
FORGE under development.

EODP is in its final development stage. Testing is planned from mid-October 2026 and initial deployments for early 2027. FORGE is being developed as a separate program and a future complement to EODP.

2027

Initial deployments planned for early in the year

  1. NOW

    Final EODP development stage

Completing the scope and preparing for testing. FORGE remains under development.

  2. MID-OCTOBER 2026 · PLANNED

    EODP testing

Checking complete workflows, data, permissions and persistence in practical scenarios.

  3. EARLY 2027 · PLANNED

    Initial deployments

A staged rollout of the scope that passes testing and acceptance. FORGE has its own development timeline.

These dates are plans. Testing and acceptance will determine EODP readiness. FORGE has a separate development scope; availability of all its features is not assumed for the initial EODP deployment.

GOOD TO KNOW

What stage is RATIQON at?

EODP is in its final development stage, with testing planned from mid-October 2026 and initial deployments in early 2027. FORGE is a separate program under development.

How do the two sets of modes differ?

Dynamic, Psychological and Work describe the interface atmosphere. AI, Manual and Hybrid describe how work is performed and the level of AI support. Appearance does not change permissions or approval rules.

Does AI decide on behalf of people?

AI is intended to organise information, support analysis and prepare proposals within defined boundaries. Responsibility, important approvals and exceptions remain with authorised people.

Does FORGE require EODP?

No. FORGE is also being designed as a standalone program. Its planned connection with EODP will allow product knowledge to support further operational work.

Does FORGE replace an engineer?

FORGE is intended to support product interpretation and material preparation. Assumptions, unknowns and limitations remain visible; technical approval and production release require the appropriate person.

Can we discuss a deployment already?

Yes. Tell us what your company does and which problem you want to solve. We can explore a possible application and the scope of a future deployment.
